Return & Shipping Policy

What is your Refund Policy?
Double B Boots does not accept returns or refund for products unless the product is unworn, damaged, or defective within 14 Business Days. In the event that you do receive a damaged product due to shipping or weather, we will issue a full credit, refund or send you a replacement.

If you do need to return your boots, please email orders@doublebboots.com to begin your order process. All customers are responsible for shipping back their boots. 

What should I do if I am missing a product in my package?
Please email orders@doublebboots.com with order number and an image of your order and we will get it shipped out.

What is your shipping time?
Orders will be shipped via UPS. Orders generally ship within three business days of purchase. If more lead time is needed, Customer will be notified within two (2) days. If needed, Double B does offer a warehouse pickup.
