What is your Refund Policy?
Double B Boots does not accept returns or refund for products unless the product is unworn, damaged, or defective within 14 business days. In the event that you do receive a damaged product due to shipping or weather, we will issue a full credit, refund or send you a replacement.
If you do need to return your boots, please email orders@doublebboots.com to begin your return process. All customers are responsible for shipping back their boots. We will exchange your boots for a different size, free of charge and ship them back to you!

What should I do if I am missing a product in my package?
Please email orders@doublebboots.com with order number and an image of your order and we will get it shipped out.
