What is your Refund Policy?
Double B Boots does not accept returns or refund for products unless the product is unworn, damaged, or defective within 14 business days.
If you do need to return or exchange your boots, please email orders@doublebboots.com to begin your return process. All customers are responsible for shipping back their boots.
Please download the return / exchange form and ship it back in the original packaging to P.O. Box 515 Randolph, MS 38864.
