What is your Return Policy?
Double B Boots only accepts returns or refunds for products that are unworn, undamaged, or defective within 14 business days.

To start the return process, please send an email to "orders@doublebboots.com". We will email you a return label to your inbox. We can process exchanges free of charge. If you are simply returning your order, we will deduct the cost of the return label from the price to be refunded.

Please also download and fill out the return / exchange form at the link below, drop it in the box, and please ship your boots back in the original packaging to P.O. Box 515 Randolph, MS 38864.
